Advanced Bin Cleaning utilizes a “softwash” system for cleaning the exterior surface of buildings. This system is safer than just regular “pressure washing” as pressure washing can do serious damage and cause costly repairs. Also, pressure washing can leave unsightly lines in brick and painted surfaces that are visible to customers and clients.
Pressure washing removes algae and mold that can easily be seen with the naked eye, but it does not remove microscopic roots that are embedded in the micro-surfaces of the buildings. The pressure washing method allows algae and mold to reappear within a very short period of time.
Soft washing is a technique used to clean the surface with chemicals. During this process, we apply the proper ratio of chemicals and let it dwell on the surface to kill the algae and mildew while also removing dirt and debris. After the chemicals have effectively activated we apply a high volume of water but no high pressure to completely remove dead algae and mildew along with their debris.
