If I sell my home or move, will I be eligible for a refund?
Our affordable pricing is calculated on the number of commitments to bin cleanings. If you are moving away from our service area, instead of a refund, we prefer that you transfer the service to the new homeowners.
What if the trash service didn't pick up or is running late?
If the trash service is not complete by 4:00 PM, we will text you options to reschedule.
What holidays are observed by Advanced Bin Cleaning?
Our Holidays are the same as the Frisco Waste Management Holidays: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Thanksgiving Day. If your cleaning day lands on one of these holidays, we will skip these days (these days do not count towards your # of cleanings)
Where are the cans placed after cleaning?
We do not open any gates or garages, but we can place your trash cans by the garage or by the side of the house if they are accessible.
How will I know if my bins have been cleaned?
We will leave a removable green or blue tape tag on each of your bins to notify you that they have been cleaned. You don’t have to be present at the time of the cleaning to have your bins cleaned.
Do you send out reminders before you come?
Yes, we will send you a text message to remind you the day before service.
What days do you service?
Our cleanings are on the same day as your trash and/or recycling pick-up days, and we wash your cans curbside after they are dumped. You do not need to be there while we complete the service.
